Edwin Noreña, a fourth-generation coffee farmer in Quindío, is one of Colombia’s most innovative producers. In addition to running his farm, he is a coffee processing consultant, cupper and head judge for Colombia’s Cup of Excellence.
This lot, crafted using an advanced co-fermentation process, has an intense flavour profile with fruity notes of freeze-dried strawberry and lavender. A sweet base of candy and orange blossom gives way to gummy candy undertones. A lingering candy finish, juicy acidity and a creamy body complete the cup.
