SHIPPING POLICY — MOIN CAFÉ

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time to mainland Spain is 2–5 business days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands may take 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination and are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delays
Moin Café is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or lost orders
If you receive a damaged order or do not receive it within the stated timeframe, contact us at info@moincafe.com and we will address the matter as soon as possible.
